Beautiful three level waterfront home. The home has been renovated recently with new exterior brick paint to modern light French grey color and new interior paint for all three floors with modern white color. The entire house has 4 large balcony decks with new paint. Home is walking distance to Herrington Harbor, Ketch 22, North Beach Boardwalk, and many more. We allow guests to use the dock for relaxing, fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. The entire house has four bedrooms including a large loft that can be considered as the fifth bedroom. This is a non-smoking house so no smoking inside the house. But if guest smokes, then must do it outside and be responsible to dispose cigarette butts and residues into trash bag properly without flames. ********************************************** **Important things to note** We provide the following: * A bottle of wine as welcome gift * Smart TV (living room on main floor and first floor) * Free WIFI (high speed password protected) * Charcoal grill available for use. Guests are responsible to clean the pool table and put everything back in place and cover the table before check-out. KITCHEN and LIVING ROOM on MAIN FLOOR: Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. The dining table seats 8. Counter section has 8 chairs. The main floor living area has ceiling fans, a Smart TV, deck water view. KITCHENTTE and LIVING ROOM on FIRST FLOOR: Kitchenette/Bar with stools and living room leads out to waterway and private dock. OTHER AREAS: - Dock is available for use, boat slip is not available for use at the moment - Charcoal grill available - guests must clean after use and return to same location - Portable karaoke machine (in storage room near the bathroom) is available, please request beforehand and return to the same location before checkout - Garage is available for entrance but not for use. Guest is responsible to ensure inside door is closed at all times and close the garage before checkout. - PARKING: There are three (3) spaces under the deck and four (4) on the lawn that belongs to the property. DO NOT block access roads and shared driveways, and DO NOT park on neighbor's lawn. LAUNDRY AREA 2 Full-size washer/dryer with detergent. Guests can bring their preferred detergent. Guests are responsible to be conservative in using the laundry machines. CHILDREN We provide playpen crib. However, we don't provide baby sheets and stair gates on our property. CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT We have a firm check-in time at 3:00 pm, check-out at 10:00 am Please request for early or late checkout time. Subject to Availability. SECURITY CAMERAS The entrances at the front are being watched by security cameras. To protect your privacy, there are no cameras installed within the house. ****Please review House Rules prior to booking**** North Beach is a beautiful town and walkable to Herrington Harbor and the boardwalk. We allow guests to use the pier for relaxing, fishing, crabbing and kayacking. Due to unpredictable wind and storms, there are no chairs on the pier. Guests can bring patio chairs to the pier, but must return all chairs and items back to its original place on the patio balconies. Guests should park their vehicles under the deck and inside the garage. Additional parking space is on the lawn of the house. Access roads and shared driveways with neighbors must be cleared at all times. Please be respectful to the neighbors and minimize noises and loud music. Dogs should be potty trained and should not make any accidents inside the house. Please avoid having dogs on the couches and beds. Clean and remove all dog hair. Dogs should be on leash at all time when outside the house. Please remove shoes once entering into the house since the hardwood floors are clean and easily scratched. Cars must be parked on the lawn and/or the garage area. Access and shared driveways/roads must be cleared at all times. Children (adults who can't swim) should ALWAYS BE SUPERVISED. DOCK IS NOT GATED. * No parties/events (10 guests ONLY unless approved by host) * No illegal drugs or criminal activity * No smoking inside or on property (designated area provided above) * No food on dock/no littering in bay * No products except toilet paper to be flushed *Please return to same location after use for the following items* - Outside patio chairs/furniture - Grill - DO NOT rearrange furniture inside the house. ****Please review House Rules prior to booking****
