Hi there! We are offering a private bedroom in our household in the city of Maple Valley. Our house is located in a safe, quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. It is within walking distance to bus stops, a local coffee shop, Subway, gas station/convenience store. A short drive from grocery stores (Fred Meyer, Safeway, Grocery Outlet, Costco), eateries (Pancake House, Farrelli's Pizza, Just Poke, Starbucks, McDonalds, El Caporal, etc.), and lakes nearby (Lake Sawyer, Wilderness Lake). The space This particular listing is located upstairs, with a bathroom next door and a laundry room complete with state-of-the-art washer and dryer a few doors down the hallway. All of our other common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room) are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with several appliances which you are more than welcome to use as long as you clean up after yourself. In this bedroom, we have provided a sleeper sofa as the bed. As you can see in the pictures, the sofa has a lounge section and 2 regular seats. When the sofa is extended, it turns into a queen size bed. This is not like any other sofa bed that uses metal frame to support. When it's turned into a queen size bed, it is just like a regular firm mattress bed. Guest access You will be able to access your bedroom, shared bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room, and the backyard. During your stay We recommend communicating questions and concerns through AirBnB chat. Other things to note During the summer, we provide window AC unit. During the winter, we can provide heater. Always ask if you need more towels (of any kind) or blankets. We will provide as best as we can. Our parking is first come first serve. If our driveway is full, you can park across the street as our side of the street is the fire lane where no parking is allowed.
