Healthy Greenery - Haute Refuge

Looking for a cozy stay in the upstairs apartment of a private home while experiencing the flair of yesteryears with a warm feeling. My home is affordable, and located in a very safe neighborhood. The front door is shared, but once you reach upstairs, you experience privacy. Come solo, with your significant other, your little one, your adolescent, or teenager, all are welcome in my home located 1.2 miles from the sports center & downtown Rock Hill. The space The main bedroom faces the front yard and gives each guest the comfort one would find in a home rather than the luxury in a house. In addition to the queen size bed, there is a love seat and ottoman for guest to sit and relax. A record player and vinyl records are available to take you back to different time period. Most guests tend to skip the sitting room; therefore, a single bed is placed in that room to accommodate a 3rd guest. There is a Roku TV a sofa table and a chair. You'll find children's educational toys, books, puzzles, and a folded puzzle table. The kitchenette offers short term guests a small fridge, a microwave, a toaster oven, a 2-burner plate. Other amenities to cook a basic meal, a table, stools, a sink, and cabinets are at your disposal. I will emphasize that IT IS NOT SUITED FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO STAY FOR LONG PERIOD UNLESS YOU LIKE TO EAT OUT.... The full bath provides a shower, a tub, and the basics one finds in an older home. The tushy butler or bidet realy comes handy and gives a sense of cleanliness. All you do is turn the knob for a quick shower of your tushy located on the right side of the toilet seat. "voila!" You may use the front sitting area outside to sip water, lemonade, or wine, while observing the passerby who walks to the corner store. Guest access While you occupy the 3 rooms upstairs including a bedroom, a sitting room converted to a 2nd bedroom, and a kitchenette with cooking, and baking amenities, you also have your private full bath. The circular driveway in front of the house provides 1 space for your booking. I truly appreciate guests to abide by the rules in a shared home environment. Please don't be offended for not welcoming animals in my home to avoid any allergic reaction and negative experience for all involved. Other things to note Only the primary guest may send an inquiry after reading the expectations. Each guest over the age of 18 must register through Airbnb. Length of stay is limited to 28 days, no exception.. It is my private home; therefore, no check in after 10pm. Avoid unpleasant experience by seeking alternative accommodation if you have an animal. Preview of my home before check-in is scheduled only on February 30th of leap year. Each first-time guest of Airbnb is required to present a picture of a government ID so a copy can be kept for my file. There is no smoking in the home, you are welcome to do so outside.
