Please note, the home is in pristine condition post Helene but we are still cleaning up fallen trees around the 2 acre property but not while guests are present. SLEEPING Four Bedrooms: Two with king beds and two with queen beds. Additional Sleeping Arrangements: A twin futon downstairs and a foldable twin bed, accommodating a total of 10 guests. OUTDOOR LIVING After a day of exploring relax on the large front deck or sink into the extra plush sofa for a movie night complete with a popcorn bar. PERFECT FOR GROUPS Our layout is ideal for larger groups, offering the togetherness you want with the space you need. Please note, that stays over 28 days require a separate and signed rental agreement, additional cleaning fee, and security deposit. In addition, third parties who are not staying in the home and are instead booking on behalf of workers/employees will need to provide a $500 security deposit prior to issuance of entry codes etc. Other things to note Tree Haven Home is convenient to so many wonderful activities.
