Country Barn Duplex

Two story rustic cottage, porch, deck, 1 bedrooms 1 bath. Private wooded setting in quiet country side. A you-cook, you prepare breakfast included. The sofa bed is in the living room, not in the common spaces. There is wifi and Netflix and 2 TVs. Smoking allowed. The space The barn is now a duplex - there is possible sharing of the laundry room. The extra beds are air mattresses. This happened because nobody used the downstairs bedroom, which has its own bathroom, and kitchenette, and bunk beds, and a private entrance. Smoking allowed. Guest access You have access to the large living room/kitchen. Full kitchen, 43 inch TV, upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full size bed. An extra queen size air mattress is available upon request. This space including the upstairs is 1200 sq ft. There is A/C throughout. The covered porch and the deck may be shared only occasionally. We have deck chairs and tables out there. There are separate parking areas for additional guests. Smoking allowed. During your stay Often quests arrive after 11 PM so I communicate that the key is hanging by the door. I am always available by phone and live next door. Smoking is allowed in both sides of the barn. Other things to note The deck and the covered porch are separate areas with many chairs, a table and a small BBQ, charcoal provided. Some privacy can be had in each area. There are separate entrances for each part of the duplex. If both places are occupied we hope guests can be considerate of one another. Each area can be locked separately. Smoking allowed.
