This Wine Country home is beautifully appointed with 4 large sleeping rooms, each w a King bed and 2.5 bathrooms is exclusively set up for guests! The large private fenced tree-lined backyard w large patio has mountain views & gorgeous sunsets! Enjoy the large enclosed hot tub! This beautiful serene property has redwoods to the north & citrus trees, pomegrante, fig, nectarine, apple, peach and pear trees on site! Play chess, pool, ping pong or darts or board games or grab the bikes for a stroll! The space This home has WiFi and you can log onto your own Netflix or Hulu account to view movies on the new big screen TV! You may use the clothes washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage, which is also your space to play pool or ping pong. There is an extra freezer for your use too. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots/pans, dishes, small appliances including an InstaPot, blender, coffee maker (with coffee and powdered creamer provided). There are some basic food items such as salt, pepper and some spices stocked. The master closet has baby items with full wooden crib with bedding and pack and play available, several baby gates, high chair, and bouncy seat for little ones. Please supervise your children at all times. Even though the hot tub has a cover and is in an enclosure that you can lock little ones out of, use the facilities at your own risk. There will be no lifeguard on duty. We have a large generator to power the house if a power outage occurred. As per Sonoma County tax laws, an additional 12% TOT (transient occupancy tax) will be added on by Airbnb to your reservation. (amount included already) ***Also, this house has a strict noise ordinance policy and all outdoor activities must be brought inside by 9:30pm. This includes hot tub use. There is a $500 penalty for any incidences and if neighbors call complaining about your group. If the police are called, there is a complete loss of your security deposit. This home is best suited for families and noise-conscious groups, no loud parties. No smoking of tobacco or marijuarna or any drugs of any sort!*** ***There are only 3 parking spot on the property and NO street parking.*** ***There is an additional $75 per hour for early check in requests or late check outs (only if available and cleared ahead of time). The cleaner will be at the home promptly at 11am day of check out to ready the house for the next group.*** Guest access You will have access to the entire home and backyard, including garage, pool table, ping pong table, darts, patio, grill, smoker, hot tub and all the 9 different fruit trees! This is within reason, obviously. Save some for the next guests! There will be an extra charge for taking any extra things like towels, bathmats, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap or dishwasher soap, and condiments/food items/spices. The housekeeper takes inventory after each group.
