This is a 100 year old home that has renovated but still has the original cottage feel. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and front porch. The front bedroom has a double bed, middle has a twin bed, back has a double bed. The couch is a pull out double bed. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove, and washer and dryer. There is a fenced backyard for pets. Neighborhood is a short walk to Brooklyn Arts district, Riverwalk, and Live Oak Pavilion. The space The home has a lot of character but is not a brand new home. The location is the best part of this house because it is an easy walk to downtown Wilmington and all the concerts, bars, and restaurants, along with the historic homes. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests.
