The lower level is always cool in the summertime and warm in winter, and there are fans and heaters if you want to control your temperature. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from interstates 494 and 35W. 5 minutes by car to the Mall of America, less than 10 minutes to MSP Airport, and 20 minutes to Downtown Minneapolis (Target Field, Target Center, US Bank Stadium). Fast food and restaurants located a few blocks away. Bus routes stop one block away on Nicollet Avenue. Plenty of street parking available There is another listing on the main level so there may be others coming and going.
