Charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit offers views of the harbor, Morro Rock, and the back bay. Just a short walk to town or the Embarcadero, you’ll enjoy access to Morro Bay’s best features. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you’ll need for meal prep, along with some basic staples to get you started. The living area and half bath are located upstairs to maximize the views and sunsets, while the bedrooms and full bathroom are downstairs. Each level has its own entrance for easy access. The enclosed carport is not considered private living space but is available for storage of bikes, strollers, surfboards, etc. The host sometimes needs access to the storage cabinet and could enter this non-private space during your stay. When submitting an inquiry or reservation request, please include the relationships of the adults in your group, the ages of any children/infants. Visitors are only allowed with advance agreement. This is our personal home and must remain pet-free due to severe allergies. Please be respectful of our situation so that we can continue to share the home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Additionally, the home is designated fragrance-free for allergy reasons. Thank you for your understanding. Please note: There is no cable TV, but internet is provided so you can access your own streaming accounts (e.g., Netflix, Disney, etc.). This property does have cameras located exterior at entry doors. We are just a few steps away and always available to assist as needed. Guest access A BBQ is provided on the front deck for your enjoyment, along with seating to take in the beautiful views and sunsets. Please be aware that the front deck is a shared common area, and others may pass through, but all amenities are reserved exclusively for our guests. Laundry facilities are available for stays of 8 days or longer. For shorter stays, a laundromat is located just a couple of blocks away. One reserved parking space is provided. The exterior enclosed carport offers space to store bikes, strollers, surfboards, and more. While it is strictly for guest use, please note that it is not considered a private living area, as the host may occasionally need access to the storage cabinet. Thank you for your understanding! Other things to note Check-in time begins at 3 PM and is available anytime after. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Check-out is by 10 AM. Please note, there is no cable TV. We provide Wi-Fi for accessing your own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Disney+, etc. The minimum age to book without prior approval is 24. This complex consists of 5 units. If you're looking to explore the coastal area, you're just a short drive from San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Cayucos, Cambria, Templeton, and Paso Robles. Cal Poly, Cuesta College, beaches, wine tasting, beer sampling, antique shops, and more are all within a 10 to 40-minute drive. San Luis Obispo Airport is only 30 minutes away.
