This is a timeshare resort. I use my points to book rooms to rent to pay my maintenance fee. You check in with a guest pass in your name. You MUST BE 21 with PHOTO ID & credit card. A HOLD WILL BE put ON THE CARD at check in for parking, damage and purchases. Parking was $24 a night when last checked. NO daily housekeeping. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must comply with resorts rules. NO REFUNDS if the resort evicts you for failure to do so. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECK OUT is 10 AM The space There is no specific room. It is assigned at check in by the resort. You can request the resort for a room change or make other requests without my permission. it is a 2 bedroom with a balcony. Has 2 full bathrooms with a jet tub. Full kitchen that is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own supplies such as salt, pepper and coffee. Has free WIFI and a balcony. There are laundry facilities. The resort does provide housekeeping for an extra charge paid to the resort. Common areas are the pool, gym. activities center and lobby. Has a indoor and outdoor pool. Guest access You have access to all common areas such as the pool, gym and lobby. Other things to note Other dates may be available if needed. Parking rates were $24 a night and subject to change and paid to the resort at check in. I can waive my cancellation policy and provide a full refund if you cancel more then 15 days out. There is insurance for $149 that covers those last 15 days. The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. I am the contact. However, the resort has the right without my permission to evict you or charge your card for failure to comply with the resort rules which includes NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES.
