Please note that the basement laundry, backyard, front yard, and wrap around porch may be shared with other guests. Your apartment is completely private however. Other things to note QUIRKS OF THIS APARTMENT : -This house was built in 1893. Although we have a modern kitchen and bathroom, we’ve taken care to restore it back to 1893. There are antiques and the floor creaks. -This apartment is located on the second floor. There is a winding set of stairs to ascend to your apartment (see photos). -We ask you take your shoes off to minimize traffic noise for the guests below you. -The bathroom is small but functional. The shower ceiling may be low for those over 6ft. -Please be aware that the laundry room is in a 120 year old basement. Although we have updated and renovated the home, some old home characteristics are still present. PETS: -PETS will be considered on a CASE BY CASE BASIS. There will be an added $30 a night fee, per pet, per night, if we accept your pet request. You must inquire about your pet before booking.
