Nice beach towels are included in your stay. Private dock: Two side ties available — 30' and 50' — bring your boat or yacht for easy trips to San Francisco, Sacramento, Napa, .... Entertainment: Sunken bar, theater room with 65" SMART TV, and ping pong in the game room designed for both adults, teens and the little ones in your family. Family-Friendly Amenities: Bunk room for kids (with safe-use rules — no top bunk use). Island seating for 6 around the hibachi grill, seating for 6 in the dining room with views, or sit at the sunken bar where there is seating for 6. Livingroom / theatre room has a large sectional couch to seat 8-12 plus 2 chairs. Card decks, poker chips, kids’ specialty decks, and a coloring/play area. Board games: Life, Candy Land, Rummikub, Boggle, Dominoes, Trivial Pursuit, and more. Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with kitchen with hibachi grill, vast assortment of pots, pans, large pots, frying pans, cookie sheets, muffin pans ... just too much to list. We also have a ton of small appliances! Blender, rice cooker, crock pots, ... family's can come here and enjoy the comfort of being together, while cooking in the home. There is a wine fridge in the kitchen and a small beer fridge in the sunken bar. The hall closet and one of the two master closets are locked for the owners belongings. ' Owners may occasionally access dock via side yard to use personal boats. There are “basics” in the fridge and in the cupboards for our guests to use, such as condiments, spices, oils & vinegar's, etc. Feel free to bring your own if you are not comfortable with sharing.
