This fully remodeled house is in the desirable Elmhurst neighborhood of East Sacramento, just a short walk from UC Davis Medical Center and Shriners Hospital. Midtown is a quick 5-minute Uber ride away, and freeway access is also nearby. You will be staying on a quiet tree lined street with all the comforts of home. A portion of your stay will fund the Homes for Healing Foundation, which offers housing to families in need during medical treatments. The space You will have the entire house to yourself, including a back patio with seating. Out of respect for our neighbors and the quiet setting, absolutely no parties are allowed. No smokers please. Special care has been taken to anticipate your every need. We hope you enjoy a relaxing and restful stay! Note: there is an ADU (studio dwelling unit) in the back of the property, rented to long term tenants, usually traveling nurses. Max occupancy for the studio is 2 people.
