The Tree house with a lake view

Embrace nature in this bright home that has gorgeous views to the lake and forest. It has been designed with comfort in mind. Less than 5 minute drive from the Beach & Golf Course. This 1400 sqft house has 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 and a half bathrooms. We offer a 55" Smart TV, WiFi internet, one portable AC that will cool off the living room area during warm summer days. The space Our home has been decorated in a modern Coastal/boho style and furnished to be a perfect getaway. We have high quality beds, natural linens, bamboo pillows and comfortable couch and chairs in the living room. Our Master Bedroom has a Fluffy mattress, which feels like sleeping in the clouds. Our Second bedroom has a Sealy high quality mattress if you are looking for an in between. Our Third Bedroom has a Gravity mattress for people who prefer firm mattresses. Enjoy the heated tile floors in the living room and our heated towel rack in the bathroom. The house is located on a cliffside, and to access the front door you will have to go up three sets of steps. Also our beds are low profile, we don't recommend our home if you have bad knees. The property has no ramps or easy access for someone on a wheelchair. You have access to the whole property, With the exception of the Basement/Shop area which is locked and has the garden supplies. The hallway's right hand closet that also has a lock is holding some family items and it's not accessible to the guests. Please note that if you are coming in the colder months (fall and winter) the house is in a steep road and you will need 4x4 vehicle or chains in your wheels. We won’t be responsible if you can’t make it to the house because of weather. Also, please contact me before booking during these months. Sudden Valley gets high wind storms and loses power from time to time. You have to be comfortable working with a wood stove so the house keeps warm. Other things to note Our home is a pet friendly home. We allow dogs with a pet fee.
