Enjoy our colorful 1 bedroom 2 queen bed basement its owner occupied space meaning you have your own Private keyless entry your own private bathroom, 1 bedrooms 2 queen size beds and off street parking. No pets Do Not ask I get lots of inquiries so ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. We are taking extra cleaning and safety precautions. Thank in advance for your understanding. The space **Please keep in mind before booking this is an owner occupied space. We live upstairs with our infant and toddler (little hands and feet). We try to keep noise level as quiet as possible hopefully as my guest you understand. However if you are extremely sensitive to noise keep in mind my kids. (FYI my kids don’t consistently run around however some guest might not want to hear walking/running/crying etc) Also keep in mind sound travels downstairs and upstairs footsteps. Guest access Private keyless entry. Guest will have access to their own unique key code. Other things to note Our shower is a one person stand up shower. No tub and low ceiling.
