Amenities abound as you enjoy the bar on the dock, kayaks, extra boat slip, lily pad, fire pits, games, and an outdoor grill, griddle and smoker. Not only will you have outdoor living space, but a beautiful updated indoor space as well. The space This Ozark Oasis is a rare find at the lake. It sits on a flat lot, in a quiet cove, right off the main channel. Easy access to restaurants on the lake, and stores. This industrial modern house has been updated throughout. Enjoy the steam shower, or enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig. There is plenty of outdoor space with a two-tired patio for outdoor dining and a firepit. Lights, and music on the dock create a magical atmosphere while sitting at the bar. You can enjoy a Jenga game after swimming or fishing off the dock. For lake enthusiasts, there are 2 kayaks for use, as well as a floating mat/lily pad. If you like to rent watercraft, there is a facility right across the channel, or bring your own! We have an extra slip for use, and bumpers all around the dock for easy tie up. There is also a small marina in our cove for launching your watercraft and parking your trailer. Lake life at its finest!
