This all newly completely professionally renovated space is conveniently located in Swannanoa, East of Asheville and minutes to Black Mountain. It is easily accessible off of Hwy 70 across from KOA campgrounds and only a couple of miles off Highway 40. The space The space: (Sorry we do not rent to locals.) This professionally designed and decorated apartment is in wonderful condition as it has been totally renovated , redecorated and even has a full renovated kitchen ! The bedroom has a queen size bed. With two cozy sitting chairs In room. There is a full bathroom with full walk in shower across from the bedroom. Living Room is a great place to relax after an adventure in the area. You can also watch the cable TV or Roku. Free WiFi also available throughout. Kitchen contains a full size fridge, stove, microwave for your convenience along with a Keurig maker, small crockpot, pots and dishes. The unit has hardwood floors as shown in pics and there are rugs one in the bedroom and one in main living area and one by desk . This apartment is located by a working quaint railroad crossing. Be mesmerized by the train as it goes by! The train runs along the front of the house, and while most people find this to be a charming and novel feature of staying at the Grey House, if it’s not your favorite thing about staying with us, we do have ear plugs available and a noise machine. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the mountain views as the train goes by. You also have a wonderful view from the front window. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non -smoking , non-vaping home and property. Though we love pets we can not accommodate any in our unit. We are a pet-free and smoke-free Airbnb property. To make it easiest for you , we offer self Check In so you can arrive at whatever time after 4 that works best for you. There is a keypad for easy checkin. There is plenty of parking available. We also have an additional separate downstairs apartment listed separately on Airbnb if traveling with another couple and you guys would like your extra space or privacy.
