REMODELED cottage in an excellent location on Silver Lake, Traverse City w/108 ft direct frontage. 10 minutes to downtown TC. It is one of the nicest inland lakes in TC. Paddleboat, canoe, & stand up paddleboard included. 1 queen bed on main floor and 2 fulls in the loft. Laundry, wi-fi, and Hulu live streaming . We also have two pontoon boats you can rent (cheaper than most all local companies). Please inquire about pontoon availability before booking. Brand new bathroom, kitchen and flooring! The space We have a 2 night minimum There are 2 docks on the property. One is for the occasional owner’s use and one is for the cottage rental.
