A little slice of heaven for all to enjoy.

Enjoy swimming and fishing in our lake, Let your worries of the day melt away in the hot tub. Let the children play on the three play sets and beach. Inside the house enjoy a game of billiards, watch a movie/tv in the basement theater room. You have a private full bath with shower/full laundry. Your room has a desk available for working, small refrigerator, two full beds and a bunk bed (full size bed and two full beds) We can’t wait to share our little slice of heaven at The Cochran Compound! The space There is plenty of spaces to sit and relax and take the in the serenity of our outdoor living space. Sit around the fire ring and roast hot dogs, marshmallows, or even a good olde pudgy pie. On the back patio there is a gas grill and charcoal grill that can be used. We want you to have the best relaxing time possible when you stay with us for work or a get away! You are renting a private bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom has five beds in it. This is our family home each floor is 4000 square foot. With that being said we have raised twelve kids in the house and never had an issue with space when they had friends over. . Living at home including myself there are eight family members. During the weekdays three of them work days and one works nights. If you are in the theater room or Billiard room my family WILL NOT be in that room. You WILL have a private bathroom that is only for AirBnB guest. There is also laundry just for you. In the basement where your room is located the ceilings are ten foot tall and finished like the first floor. There is a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for you to use. Outside we have thirteen acres of land. There is a lake with a beach, a large pool, three play sets and a trampoline. This is YOUR vacation we will be as involved as you would like us to be. Guest access Guest will have access to shared pool, lake, and hot tub. Pool and hot tub are currently open Mid-May to Mid-October. Catch and release fishing is permitted in the lake. Play sets are available for children to play on while adults kick back and relax on the patio or in the gazebo. You can also enjoy the stunning sunset while sitting around a campfire in the fire pit. During your stay While we may come outside to enjoy our property we will socialize with you as much or as little as you want. We will be available to answer any questions in person or via text message. It’s our goal to make this stay about you. Other things to note Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside any buildings or on the property as host is highly allergic to smoke. There is a fine of $1500 that is strictly enforced. Glass bottles are not permitted around any water features. You are permitted to have two vehicles on the property. There is a fee of $35/additional vehicle. All guest that come to the house must be a paying guest. No Parties. If there are more people at the house than the reservation is made for you will be asked you leave and be fined $500.
