In Seward, NE, 19 mi west of Lincoln, 10 minutes from I-80. Family friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street driveway parking. Easy .6 mi walk to town square, restaurants, and shops, 1.3 mi. from Concordia University. Patio w/table & chairs, grill & fire pit. Large yard for lawn games or watching wildlife. Queen in one and full in other bedroom. Air mattresses, PackNPlay for added guests. Books, games, smart TV, washer/dryer. HVAC w/allergy/virus filter. Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. This is an older home. It was built in the 1930's and has lovely hardwood floors. The house is small and simple, but cozy. You have access to the off-street driveway, the patio in back, and the yard which stretches back to the treeline. To ensure your safety, we are using AirBnB's enhanced cleaning recommendations and have sanitizing materials on site for your use. The neighborhood is quiet. The driveway allows for off-street parking. There is a residential home to the north and a school vehicle lot to the south. (Busses are active on school days.) The patio and yard aren't fancy, but they allow for privacy and space to entertain, play, and exercise pets. If you walk one block to the south, you will find the community walking trail. You will have access to the entire house sans the utility rooms in the basement. The basement with washer and dryer is unfinished. My co-host and I are available by text or phone for questions. Unless we happen to be at work or traveling, my co-host or I can drop by if needed to address concerns. Overall, we will respect your privacy and let you enjoy the house to yourself. The neighborhood is very quiet. To the north is a single family residence. To the south is a non-residential building. To the rear of the property is a wooded area. You may see deer or other wildlife at the edges of the property. Seward is a very walkable town. You can get to several restaurants and to the cute shops on the square or to the college by walking. If you have a car, there is a Walmart between I80 and the town limits. There is another grocery store, Pac N Save, located on the west end of Hwy 34 in town. You will find information about sites and tourism on the desk in the house. We have installed high quality filters on the HVAC to help with allergen, virus and bacteria filtering. We use a HEPA filtering system and fans to ventilate between guests. We have a security camera that monitors the driveway should you wish to park a moving vehicle.
