Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire townhome and deck with hot tub which feels like a secluded retreat. Other things to note Per Douglas County Regulations 1. Person making reservation must be 25 years or older and legally responsible for compliance of ALL occupants with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. He/She understands that fines may be imposed by Douglas County, LVHOA, and/or Owner for violation of rules. Copy of ID, address, and contact information must be provided upon booking. 2. Only registered guests allowed in property at all times unless provided written consent by owner. This includes additional guests coming over during daytime hours 8am to 9pm. 3. Two cars maximum allowed and must be parked in designated parking spots and must post required Lake Village and Douglas County parking permits. Failure to abide may result in a $500 fine to the owner of the vehicle 4. Quiet Time hours are 9pm to 8am and will be strictly enforced. 5. Maximum adult occupancy is 6.
