Workspace is abundant here, including a strong Wifi in each structure, and plenty of storage solutions for supplies. Hosted by a discerning, "veteran" vacation rental guest (both short and long-term) with a background in Hospitality, every detail about how people actually LIVE has been considered. As someone who has struggled to find spaces that FEEL good and function well, I take pride in offering a home that accomplishes both. Anyone who spends time here - whether for an hour or a month - is delighted by the way it both relaxes and energizes them. My Housekeeping Team is meticulous in their attention to detail and have been rigorously trained in COVID cleaning protocols. Bi-weekly housekeeping service is included in monthly rental however, a one-time cleaning fee is applicable to all lengths of stay. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to pre-approval and a $500 per pet cleaning fee. Guest access You will have the entire property to yourself.
