Surrounding property includes 3/4 of an acre of beautiful rolling hills and scenery. Flight of steps will lead you to a cozy house including 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, comfortable living room and outdoor entertaining area. Large parking area. Flight of steps(pictured) that leads to entrance. Steps are salted in the winter and roads are scraped by city early in the morning if it snows. Parking pad can be slippery if ice occurs! We will salt in advance but please be cautious in winter months. Smart TVs in every room that include Netflix. There are other apps on the TVs that you can use your personal log-in if you prefer. Unlimited WIFI. WIFI calling may be needed for cell service. Some guests have perfect service without it and some guest have no reception without wifi calling enabled on their phones. House includes pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils, plates & cups (for up to 4 people) and dishwasher. House also has electric stove with pizza oven. Access to propane grill. Washer and dryer. Check-in 4pm or later. Check-out 11am unless arranged in advance.
