Parking is available in the private driveway for up to two vehicles. Please note there is no room for oversized vehicles or RVs. The address "311" is visible from the street for easy arrival. Other things to note Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking, parties, or events. Pets are not allowed. This home does not have air-conditioning. Thick traditional adobe walls, ceiling fans, and skylights help keep it comfortable in summer. Heating is provided by radiant floors. The wood-burning fireplace may be used, but firewood and Duraflame logs are not provided. Streaming TVs are available; please sign in with your own accounts. Short-term rental permit on file.
