Our cottage has stairs that may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or very young children. There are 8 steps down to enter the cottage and inside a 12-step staircase leads to both the upstairs bedrooms and the full bathroom. Private parking for one vehicle as well as free parking street side. Additional nearby private parking available for trailers or additional vehicles upon request. Sunny Daze has heat and AC for your comfort and enjoyment. Other things to note By booking Sunny Daze Lake House, guests are confirming they have read the listing in its entirety and agree to follow our house rules. Our Welcome Book includes details about the house, and great information on restaurants, things to do, maps and brochures for local attractions. Our house rules include a strict no animals, no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises, and no party policy. This includes having gatherings of more than 10 people onsite including the registered guests. We do caution that Sunny Daze is not suitable for very young children or babies. We do not provide any babyproofing and/or baby gates or safety measures and there are steep stairways and direct lake access. The Outdoor Kitchen and Dock are seasonal, May 15-Oct 15. The dock has additional bumpers to moor a boat of up to 21 ft.
