This house sleeps 6 comfortably. We will allow 8 because there is an extra Queen bed that can be set up in a common area, but prefer to chat with you about the sleeping arrangements if more than 6. 8 is our max...if you plan to have more than this, we need to know and will work out an extra fee. The space 2 ponds on property stocked for fishing. A castle front on an industrial garage makes a great photo attraction. There is a campground with a 2 room cabin on one end of the property. Plenty of outdoor beauty in the skyline alone as well as the landscape, the vineyards and orchards, and if you happen to see a chestnut or apple on the ground, feel free to pick it up and enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the pool which is private to the house and use of outdoor property including fishing ponds. The home is 4000 square feet and includes a movie theater with actual theater style seating, a sauna and steam shower, a gym, a study, a beautiful kitchen, a grill and beautiful mountain view from the back porch. Other things to note There are 2 ponds on the property as well as an outdoor pool and wooden stairs leading to loft and from main floor to lower level area. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times on the property.
