Rita Villa Beach House on Nettles Island

Paradise welcomes you at Rita Villa Beach house on Nettles Island. The Beach house has a spacious open floor plan, large living/dining room, fully equipped eat in kitchen and screened in sunroom. Master bedroom has Queen size bed, 2nd guest room has Queen size bed, 3rd guest bedroom has Trundle 2 twin beds. Rita Villa is a 0.2 mile walk to a private Ocean access beach and pool. Nettles Island has lots to do with loads of ammenities. The space Nettles Island has so many fun things to do, 2 heated swimming pools, 2 hot tub, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocce, shuffle board, miniature golf, horseshoes, boat ramp, large club house, cafe, pool table, ping pong, gym, library, church services, onsite grocery store, salon, boutique, massage parlor, golf cart rentals, boat and paddle board rentals. All Nettles Island home come with 4 guest passes to use the ammenities. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $25 for 2 weeks and are required for all adults and children over 12 years old. Best of all you're pets are welcome at Rita Villa. Please contact me for approval vaccination records and dog breed restrictions apply. All pets need to be registered with the nettles Island Office and are given a Nettles tag for $10 each. Guest access Gated community church in with security for parking pass to enter Nettles Island. The house comes with 4 guest passes for anyone over age 12 to use the amenities. Additional guest passes can be purchased for $5/month at the Nettles office (across the street from the house) or Rec Hall on weekends and after hours.
