An amazing ALL season rental. The main property has 3 bdrms, 2 baths (one with jetted tub). There is a huge, beautiful covered deck facing the lake. There is a fire pit & firewood; both a gas & charcoal grill are provided. A bunkhouse is included and has 2 queen beds and is air conditioned. There is a paddle boat, 4 kayaks & unlimited use of a pontoon. Located on Lk Washington, but Lk Stella can be accessed via the channel with the boat (included). Both are excellent for fishing! The space Large deck and screened in porch. Private, roomy, relaxing, gorgeous location. Great recreational lake & fishing lake - both in the summer & for ice fishing. In the winter months, enjoy cross-country skiing & ice fishing. We provide a portable ice fishing house. Bring your snowmobiles and ATVs! Guest access The base charge includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $30.00 per day, per guest. Contact us for discounts on longer winter stays. With your rental, you have access to the entire home, bunkhouse (sleeps 4) and property. The travel trailer comfortably sleeps 4-6 and is available for an additional fee of $150.00 per stay. Other things to note NOTE: REGARDING COVID-19 We carefully follow and use The Environmental Cleaning & Disinfecting Recommendations from the CDC (Center of Disease Control & Prevention). The fishing boat & pontoon, plus one tank of gas are included in your rental. You also have the option to rent a speedboat for $300.00 per reservation. This home sits right on the lake and the lakeshore is shallow and sandy; perfect for for swimming. The grassy yard has room for tents, yard games, and room for kids to play.
