It depends on our parking contract, & it maybe next to busy streets with vehicles traveling 24/24, pls be aware. It is also an alternation between places, or in the waiting time for your home’s renovation. 👍It’s like a camping set up. The space is tight & limited. Everything is mini size. Please do not compare it to an actual room or house. We recommend you to search for more info about camping and RV life. 👍Great for traveling nurses due to it’s private so you can fit any working schedule - going in and out freely, and it next to lots of hospitals nearby 👍 Laundry is free 1 load per day. Detergent is not included, pls buy it yourself. Laundry will be in the garage of the landlord’s house. Opening laundry everyday 4pm to 10pm. Pls saving energy & water by having a full basket every load. 🍭The RV has a queen and a bunk ( bunk = 2 single beds for kids). It is designed for 4, but 2 adults will be the best fit, due to limited space and the tiny bathroom in the RV. Family with parents and 2 little kids are okay if you are familiar with RV life. 🍭The bathroom is definitely small , like airplane bathroom - as all others RV bathrooms, but it works very well. Is has a toilet, a sink, some cabinets, a shower and a mini bathtub . 🍭Kitchen comes with an induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, and a mini oven that allows you bake breads, pizzas and other things. 🍭RV is next to some trees, it has a mini patio for you to chill. You may have bugs or mosquitoes visiting if you open the RV door or you sit outdoor. 🍭 We made renovations for this RV with love, almost handmade by ourselves. 🍭Enjoy the cute RV in sunny Southern California. All the comforts of home including : air conditioning, heating, cooking space , laundry, beds with full bedding... are available . 🍭Free Wifi & TV with free Netflix ✅ Check in any time after 3 PM , check out by 11 AM 🍭Location of listing is for estimation only, it’s RV store where we bought this RV. The exact address will be vary depending on our parking contract, the exact address will be provided for you before check in. 🍭 The RV will always have a private entrance that’s convenient for you. ❌No pets & animals: We try to make this place to be a Free Allergic place- to help people who have serious allergic reactions like us- can enjoy a perfect staycation. ✔️Therefore, Pets are not accepted (We will charge $500 for violations) ✔️Service animals are not welcome as well. Pls consider another place if you have pets or service animals. In case you decide to go with your SA, then pls follow below instruction: Per our Orange County rental permit requirements, we request that you disclose if you are traveling with a Service Animal as we are required to provide a rabies vaccination record and county registration to the county of Orange. You will be asked to sign a supplemental terms and conditions agreement within 72 hours of booking. If we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately along with a charge of $500 that cover additional cleaning fee, among other. We’ll report fraudulent claims to government authorities. Please let us know AHEAD OF TIME if you need an assistance of a service animal so that we can arrange the booking accordingly. Last minute notice and/or disclosure is unacceptable. (It will be $500 fine - for violations. Pls kindly understand.) Thanks for your kind understanding Guest access Entire the trailer Prvt parking Laundry ( shared with the landlord, detergent is not included) & other space ,depends on each location - we will let you know Other things to note 1/ ❌ Not 420 friendly ❌ If smoking, you can smoke outdoors. ❌No drugs & pls do not get drunk ❌No party , no visitors or unpaid guests 2/Please do not make noise in the night time to avoid bothering the neighbors 3/ PARKING: you have 1 spot for private parking. Pls park your car at the resigned spot, do not park in streets. 4- Gardeners can show up without notice to do their work. Pls just ignore them. 5- ***There will be no incoming post office mails for guests allowed because the landlord doesn’t accept sharing address Pls rent a postal office box or other options to receive your mails and packages there ($15-20/month). Amazon/Fedex/UPS and other package deliveries should be forwarded to the your mailbox rental as well. Only food delivery (Post-mate, Uber eats) are allowed. If we receive any un-authorized mails here at the house with your names, we will refuse them and it will be a ground for early termination without any refund or deposit back.
