Home has been newly renovated. Living room has a sleeper sofa with a brand new memory foam mattress, 55” TV, cable & WiFi. 3 Bedrooms are nicely furnished. Deck has seating, table, grill, propane & fire pit & wood. There’s a porch perfect for sunrises or sunsets on Covell Lake. There is room for a car or 2 in the driveway. Continental Breakfast includes a Kuerig Coffee Brewer & Pods, Hot Tea, Sugar, Creamer, Cereals, Bread for Toast, Margarine, Jelly & Peanut Butter. Items may vary The space This pet friendly (smallish dogs only, no cats) home features a large living room with a full size sofa sleeper and tv with cable. WiFi is available throughout the home and into the yard. The main level boasts 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. There is a well maintained and supplied kitchen. You should have every kitchen item you need for your stay. The bathroom with shower/tub is also on the main floor. The lower level has a King bed and a set of bunk beds. The bunk beds are a twin over a full bed. The washer and dryer are also located on the lower level.. We have tried to furnish this home with everything we thought you would need for a nice stay. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire home and property. We would love to meet you to check you in and answer any questions you may have but there is access to the home via key pads so you can self check in and don’t need to worry about keys. Other things to note Would you like to have groceries available upon your arrival? We can do that! We will get what you want, invoice you for the order plus a 25% service fee. Please let us know if you want a specific brand or if local grocery store brands are satisfactory.
