All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.* One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours. Guest access Guests will have full and private access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked closets. Other things to note Dogs are allowed for a $25 fee. We have dog bowls in the home for you to use as well. Please note that due to a severe allergy in the family, we cannot welcome cats. The fire place is wood burning only, not gas. We recommend bringing your own wood just in case outdoor wood is covered in snow. Outdoor furniture may not be available in the winter months (October - May). We schedule hot tub cleanings ahead of all guest arrivals. In the event the hot tub is serviced on they day of your arrival, the spa may still be heating upon arrival due to a recent cleaning. If you notice the spa is not hot when you get to the house, please check the service card to see if it was drained the same day. You can always notify us so we can check with the company to confirm this is expected, too. Please note that you are coming to woods. Always watch your dog when out on the deck or playing in the yard. We are not responsible for any injury to your dog. Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including poor air quality and smoke associated with wildfires, we highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to cover your cancellation, as we will not be able to offer a full refund outside the cancellation window.
