Villa Daniela is divided into two levels surrounded by an olive grove and has a garage, laundry room with washing machine and a large garden for private use. The incomparable view of the lake and the nature in which it is immersed offer our guests a unique experience, far from the daily hustle and bustle and in close contact with nature The space The first level boasts a cozy living room and open space kitchen with comfortable sofas, wood-burning fireplace, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, electric oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and the first bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs, you enter the sleeping area with three large bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single) and the bathroom with a tub (Wi-Fi also available upstairs). Outside, the strong point of the house, a barbecue, a table with chairs and four comfortable chaise lounges will be available to guests from which you can admire Lake Iseo, the mountains and the characteristic villages overlooking it. Guest access The house's balcony has a dominant position over the lake and the large garden in which it is immersed. Access to the entire garden is free, it covers an area of almost 20,000 square meters and houses an olive grove consisting of 250 centuries-old plants. You can directly access trails that lead to the surrounding mountains or directly to the lake. Other things to note Within a radius of 90 km you can find ski resorts (Ponte di Legno-Tonale, Monte Pora, Montecampione, Colere, Borno...), places of historical and natural interest (including the famous Park of Rock Engravings or the Valle del Freddo), Lake Garda, the cities of Bergamo, Brescia, Milan and Verona and numerous amusement parks (such as Gardaland, Caneva, Acquasplash...). Linen is not included in the price and costs €15 per person, as does heating (€2/m³ only in the autumn and winter months in order to avoid waste, a photo of the meter will be taken upon arrival and departure to calculate the actual consumption), as well as the accommodation tax provided by the municipality (€1.50 per night per person).
