Escape from the usual! Bring your crew to our spacious 5 bdrm, 2 washroom, Lake Front cottage and RELAX. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and the beautiful view from the sunroom. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset. Proximity to Orillia's shops and restaurants. Casino Rama is 2km away for a completely different kind of fun. Two adult Kayaks available in spring and fall. Hot tub and bbq year round. The space Guests will have the full use of the clean and modern cottage. The cottage is set back about 75 feet from a main road. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances including coffee maker, Keurig, stove, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, and tea are always stocked. Basic cooking utensils are provided. A 65 inch TV in the living room is ready for casting and gaming. Games, books, and DVD’s for all ages available. There is a BBQ with plenty of propane, utensils for grilling, as well as a cozy lakeside fire pit (may not be useable in winter if there is snow accumulation) and marshmallow skewers. In the cooler months enjoy the warmth of the living room fireplace. All of the bedrooms are spacious and there are two full washrooms for your convenience. Two kayaks are included for your use in spring/fall with adult life jackets. Hot Tub and BBQ are intended for year round use but cannot be guaranteed to be available if any last minute mechanical or weather issues arise. The deck and outdoor areas will be cleaned and maintained prior to your arrival but may accumulate debris (as per nature) prior to your specific arrival time. Other things to note Nightly rate is inclusive of HST. Full AC on main level. Two upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioners, one has a ceiling fan, and one has a stand alone fan. Pet surcharge is $50 per stay, additional charge for more than 1 pet. Extra guest is $50 per stay per guest.
