Kavouri luxurious apartment by the beach

Situated at Kavouri, Vouliagmeni ,25mins from Athens,by the sea .This upgraded luxurious,peacefull,90m2,full wifi,air conditioned flat consists of 2 king size bedrooms w 56"smartTVs,living room connected w/ fully equipped kitchen, bathroom & 4 individual balconies having superb unobstructed view of the sea &garden.A fully open, seasonal (June-Oct)communal,non shallow,salt water pool at your feet.On arrival we request a 300E gtee deposit in cash,fully refundable on departure after a flat check. The space Superb, unobstructed 180deg view of the sea and as far as Faliron, Piraeus the Athens Riviera. Very close to Athens but yet very far...from busy streets ,noisy bars and cars. Shops ,restaurants ,bakery, supermarkets are close as well as the famous Lake of Vouliagmeni. Great communal, unattended pool in situ and sandy beach with taverna at a 50m distance. In 2022 the flat was redecorated and modernized with 2 new sofas, new double king size bed in room 2, 2 large 56" smart TVs , new inverter A/Cs in each bedroom, new ceiling lights, new electrical switches ,new toilet, wash basin, bathroom fittings ,mirrors and lights as well as a new water heater. Optical fibre high speed wifi available throughout the house. Guest access Guests can have access to a salt water swimming pool which is communal, shared with the other inhabitants,it is seasonal and has specific regulations that should be followed and agreed to. Depending on weather conditions it opens late May-early June and closes late September -early October. It can be used daily, as indicated in the pool sign available. The pool is unattended i.e. has no lifeguard and should be used with utmost care by the guests-specially children- on their own responsibility and only at the hours indicated on the sign . No shallow water available and hence children's use is limited and solely under parental guidance and assistance. Please do not put towels or step on the grass. Please use the tiled surfaces by the pool and garden area. Keep noise down at all times so that other tenants are not disturbed. Clothes /towels etc should be drying out only at the kitchen balcony. Other things to note Upon guest's arrival we request a 300 Euro guarantee deposit in cash, which is fully returnable-refundable again in cash on departure day after a flat check.
