The Relaxation Destination!

Soak up the seclusion and peaceful paradise this house provides! Nearby everything, you will love both the comfort and convenience of being 12 minutes from the beach, Bike and Car weeks and right by I-95 and l-4 in this pristene, bird sanctuary, gated community. Home is directly adjacent to the pool, playground and basketball hoop. You will love its rustic charms and modern touches! i live here much of the time so it is not just a rental - it is a part of my life! The space This three bedroom, two bath home with mini loft and small sunroom and garage is tucked away in a tree lined court. Huge driveway can park 3-4 cars without issue. Downstairs expansive master bedroom with comfy king bed and full bath is the anchor to the oasis. Just down the hall, a queen bed with full bath just outside the door. Upstairs, the small, kitchy kids room has bunk twins, a private fridge and a small living room outside the door with peaceful loveseat area. All bedrooms and huge living room downstairs with 6-person couch have large streaming televisions, as well as the relaxing covered porch area outside the master bedroom and dining room which features a massage table, massive tv and huge additional couch. Dining room seats 6 comfortably with plenty of space to expand eating into the huge living room area. Cozy kitchen with new appliances and granite counters wraps up a great value in rental homes, especially for a larger family to enjoy. Artwork, decorations and indoor appointments are solid. its not a fancy place but a great place to relax. Small pets are allowed and c onsidered on a case by case basis. small pet fee may apply. Guest access Gated community will maintain the driver names to allow vehicle entries.. Detached garage is used as a work area but use of the washer and dryer there is encouraged. Sections of closets and drawers in all rooms will be made available for your stay. Kitchen and pantry will have plenty of room as well. Community outdoor pool, playground and basketball hoop are all available for use. Large 6-person hot tub is on property in the backyard. Other things to note This is my primary residence but I travel very often and make my oasis available to you. It will be clean but lived in. When leaving, simply bunch the bedding on the floor as it will all be laundered that departure night. I am super easy going and responsive to any issues.
