*We are currently looking for a long term guest for a minimum of 2 weeks (1 month or more preferred). Please contact us to discuss! Thx :) Enter your lovely apartment through your private side entrance. Head down a few steps and you will find a comfortable & spacious living area with TV, leather furniture and gas fireplace! Large eating area and spacious kitchen with full size fridge/stove/oven. Private Laundry. Bedroom with large closet and spacious bathroom! The space A private back yard surrounded by a cedar hedge is available for your relaxation. (Shared yard with one upstairs tenant). Plenty of out door seating is available. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located with easy access (walking or car) to anything you may need! The apartment is very quiet and you will not be disturbed by the tenant upstairs! Other things to note Zero tolerance for indoor smoking / vaping or marijuana use etc. Please do not smoke etc. anywhere on the property. No loud noise after 10 pm as there is an elderly upstairs tenant. *We welcome longer term rentals for 1-2 guests. Thank you :)
