We are currently looking for a long term guest for 2 weeks or more. Please ask if you need a special arrangements. Thanks! Enter your lovely accommodation through your private side entrance. Head down a few steps and your comfort and relaxation begins! You will find a comfortable & spacious living area with TV and gas fireplace! Large eating area and a new kitchen awaits you in a separate area with full size fridge/stove/oven. Private Laundry. **Please ask if you have any questions! The space A private back yard surrounded by a cedar hedge is available for your relaxation. (Shared yard with one upstairs tenant). Plenty of out door seating is available. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located with easy access (walking or car) to anything you may need! The apartment is very quiet and you will not be disturbed by the tenant upstairs! Other things to note Zero tolerance for indoor smoking / vaping or marijuana use etc. Please do not smoke etc. anywhere on the property. No loud noise after 10 pm as there is an elderly upstairs tenant. *We welcome longer term rentals for 1-2 guests. Thank you :)
