* Rent for a month! 31 days ! * Beautiful cozy room and comfy bed with new bath! If you are requesting to book, you must be considerate of my guests in my other Airbnb room, shutting doors quietly, walking softly, and by keeping the bathroom sparkling clean! :) Also what is your ETA and checkout time estimate and do you need parking spot? I love my Airbnb guests and you will love staying with me! :) I have been hosting guests now in my home since 2012 and have loved meeting people from all over the world. Our red brick house was built by my father before I was born and I grew up here, so I have lived here most of my life! (all but just a couple years!) Our new bathroom you may be sharing with 1-2 other guests whose room is across the hall. I do have a twin mattress (not a air mattress) for the floor if we agree on a extra person. (15$ per night) message me about this arrangement before booking. There is a Roko TV and you can upload your own streaming apps! The Neighborhood Williamsville is a suburban neighborhood 15-20 minutes from downtown Buffalo and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls! (Which is the favorite!) Our home is just off Transit Road (rt.78) which is very very close to many stores, (TJ Maxx ,Marshalls & Kohls and The Eastern Hills Mall just to name a few!) There are also many restaurants and grocery stores close by! It is also near many of the area's colleges including Erie Community College, University of Buffalo, Daemen and Buffalo State College. (The beautiful and Galleria Mall is 15 minutes away!) My guests love Uber and Lyft! If you are going to Niagara Falls you can take the Mega bus from the airport into Buffalo then to Niagara Falls. Price is great but it does take some time The City Metro bus also has a bus stop at the end of our street. You can check their schedule on line! If you are coming with a guest please let me know the name of your guest and the approximate time you will be arriving and if you need a parking place. (so we know how to arrange our cars.) Also please tell me when you plan to check out in the morning so i know how to plan.
