On occasion check-in will be 3pm if there is a guest departure the same day. *Minimum age for booking 21 Eagle Point Landing is a registered private home rental, inspected annually, and operated under a business license issued by the City of Big Bear Lake. Street parking: NOT permitted in Big Bear. City will impose a fine. Parking only allowed in driveway and a single car permitted in garage. Maximum cars: 3 *BBQ: After use, please clean grill, turn off propane and apply cover. *Pet cleaning fees dependant on size/breed of dog, message host for more info. Upon Departure: *Turn off all lights interior/exterior *Close all windows and exterior doors *Wash dishes, the dishwasher is available for your use and does not have to be emptied. *Strip the sheets, pillow cases and place any used towels in the laundry room. *Trash must be removed and taken to Big Bear Trash. ($25 per bag left behind) *Please note, house is equipped with external security cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell. External cameras & “Ring” camera doorbell are used for security purposes and are constantly recording all exterior movement.
