Lake Arches is special because of its: - Picturesque location on top of the hill - Unending views of the verdant surroundings and the lake - Private infinity pool - 8x15 ft. lush green lawn - A range of indoor and outdoor games such as cricket, badminton and carrom - Modern-chic greek interiors with vibrant furnishings and wooded vaulted ceilings - Expansive gazebo overlooking the lake - Proximity to cities like Mumbai and Pune We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, TV, internet dongle - Fireplace - Indoor games, torch, clothes dryer, electric kettle - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars and 5 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished rooms - all situated on the ground floor of this property. - All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities such as a king-sized bed, electric kettle, extra mattress, AC, and internet access. - Guests are advised to give prior intimation for extra mattresses in the bedrooms. - 2 of the rooms open up to a quaint patio overlooking the azure hues of the lake. This patio is replete with furnishings in the form of 2 chairs and a table. - The other 2 rooms on the ground floor overlook the lush lawn. - All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom. BATHROOMS - There are 4 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, a separate dressing area and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room embellished with modern-chic furnishings and wooded vaulted ceilings on the ground floor. - The living room offers an array of amenities such as a portable music system, TV, and internet access. - It features sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The sofa can also be turned into a spacious bed for extra accommodation for 4 people. - The living room opens up to a lake-facing semi-al fresco dining area on the ground floor that can seat up to 8 people at a time. - With a unique design overhead, experience a linear shadow play as the warm sunlight pours right through it. - It is not equipped with an AC or TV. - The exteriors of this charming home are quite enchanting owing to the lovely views of the green surroundings and the misty azure lake. - It features an expansive gazebo with ample seating arrangements for 10 people where guests can catch a glimpse of the sunrise and sunsets. - Encircled by 3 such cosy lawns on all sides, the lush exteriors of this property are in sync with the cool blue hues of the lake. - One of the cosy lawns situated on the lower level faces the rippling waters of the lake. - It covers an area of about 8x15 ft. and can seat up to 4 people. - The main highlight of this property apart from the breathtaking vistas, is the private infinity pool. - It is 18x30 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. - It also features a separate section for the kids. KITCHEN - The kitchen is situated outside the main villa. - Guests do not have access to the kitchen premises. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities like the lawn and the games room. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES A getaway nestled in the lush foliage of Igatpuri, this home offers a variety of experiences. Within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate breakfast, while they soak in the morning rays, and while in the gazebo. Carry a book to read peacefully while enjoying the azure hues of the lake. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private infinity swimming pool and bask in the sun. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. The indoor board games, pool table, some cricket, a play of badminton and carrom are a fun way to engage in some healthy competition with your friends and family. End the day with a soothing night of stargazing while savouring a delicious meal. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can use the fireplace and clothes dryer for no extra charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This property cannot be booked by the local residents of Nashik unless it’s booked by a family. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 4 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM. - The villa is located in a secluded area. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common areas of the property for security purposes. - This is standalone property. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary internet connection provided through the dongle. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Guests are advised to give prior intimation for extra mattresses in the bedrooms - Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
