Welcome to this one bedroom apartment in the centrally-located, north end of Capitol Hill. The bright, remodeled garden level space matches the character of this historic craftsman home built in 1914. The neighborhood is walkable and fun! It is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle for strolls to take in the nearby early 20th century architecture and lush gardens. The apartment is close to Volunteer Park, Interlaken Park, Copper Tree Coffee, the Broadway restaurant district, and more! The space This private suite features a large living/dining area furnished with both antiques and modern conveniences. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, mini-refrigerator/freezer, hot plate, toaster, French press, pots & pans, cooking utensils, and electric kettle. You can enjoy the provided coffee and wide array of teas at the antique dining room table. Instant oatmeal is included as a breakfast option. A large flat screen TV is available with a Wi-Fi connection for streaming services including Netflix. The bathroom features a classic tile shower and essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, and hair dryer. The bedroom includes a comfortable bed with a medium firm mattress, linen sheets, and an antique, mission-style desk. The whole suite has a European feel with wall art from both France and Italy, including an interesting collection of Venetian characters from the Renaissance. You'll find fun games to pass the time including Scrabble, backgammon, Life, Monopoly, Jenga, and many others. Guest access You may use the entire guest suite with its own secure, private entrance. A code is provided for access. The entrance is through the garage and passes through a shared laundry room area. You can lock the door between the shared space and the guest suite.
