Beautiful qated community. Large kitchen with open view of dining & living room. French doors lead to patio with seating. Living room has 3 couches and 65" TV. Large double-sink bathroom features privacy door for commode. Please note: 3rd bedroom is VERY small but bright and cozy. The 4th bed is not in a bedroom. This large home has 3 units. Each has its own entrance and no shared living space or access to other units. Host lives on site. Drive way and laundry access are shared. The space This home is lovely, clean and comfortable. Whether you are in town for HITS, WEC, the bike trails, kayaking, golf, Silver Springs Park, or just visiting family, I know you'll enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have private access to all living space areas as described in the listing. Driveway and laundry room are shared. Cordinate with the host when you need access to the laundry area. Some cabinets will be labeled as non-shared items, all others contain items you are welcome to use. PLEASE NOTE: The 3rd bedroom with a twin bed is small. Check the photo to be sure it meets your needs! Also the 4th bed is not in a bedroom. It is in a partially open area, previously a formal dining room. IMPORTANT... Your parking is limited to 2 cars. Other things to note Please park on the right side of the driveway, Do NOT park on the street or the grass. 2 car limit Driveway is shared with the other units. Laundry room has a separate entrance. Access is arranged upon request.
