The space This cute Cycladic home includes a comfy living room with a large sofa, coffee table and 45'' flat-screen TV and a dining area with a table for 6 next to the open plan kitchen. This whole area enjoys full direct and unobstructed views towards the bay, sea and beach from the windows and double front porch door. Also included is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and one separate sleeping area for 2 more people next to the living room with two single bunk beds. The bathroom boasts a modern interior design and has a shower. The outdoor veranda on the front porch is a lovely small space where you could enjoy your coffee, some nibbles, wine or a cocktail just gazing at the serene village life on the bay, where fishing boats come and go and locals enjoy their swim on the beach. Guest access Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the House and the large balcony during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the front veranda any time during your stay. Other things to note We would kindly ask that you respect our neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law, during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette or its surrounding plot of land: - Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM - Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied. The maisonette has been refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the maisonette accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges.
