The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. This condo has a galley style kitchen which affords a view of the beach as you prep dinner or make your morning coffee. The kitchen opens up to your dining and living area complete with wood floors. The living room has windows on every corner so you can enjoy the gorgeous views! Guest access The elevated community seasonal pool (May - Sept) offers beautiful views and cool breezes with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool so you never feel cramped or crowded. There is also a community basketball court and tennis courts available for use during your stay. There are 2 assigned covered parking spaces with additional guest spaces available in the parking lot. Other things to note One set of bathroom towels (1 bath, 1 hand, 1 washcloth) will be provided for each guest, per stay, as well as all bed linens and 6 beach towels included in the rental price!! The linens and towels are nice quality too, not thin rags! :) There is a washer/dryer in the unit and beach chairs/beach umbrella available for use during your stay! New furniture has been purchased to make your stay even more enjoyable!
