Camper/RV in Maryville

Feels like you're out in the country but just outside the city limits. Maryville College is just around the corner,Great Smoky Mountains are just up the road...close to downtown historical Maryville, 30 minutes into Knoxville. Large yard to walk and enjoy. Space for 2 dogs, must be crated if left during the day...CATS are NOT allowed due to allergy concerns. NO SMOKING OR VAPING on property Diapers must be taken out to the main garbage each day. Parking is posted as “Happy Camper” The space large yard to walk your pets and a quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy your stay! However, we ask that you do not allow your pets to run free…our pets also live here in the fenced areas, and sometimes ours and the neighbors dogs bark and geese honk so please be aware before you book. Guest access The grassy area between the Airbnbs are for dogs to use for relief, the spaces under trees behind the camper is a walking area as well…do not allow pets to run free as we also have pets that are fenced in and do not want them in danger. Thanks! Other things to note This space is meant for relaxing and enjoying the local flair...bring your groceries and enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen...we do have spices in the camper so you can cook in or eat out! Please let us know IF you might bake anything so we can light the pilot lit..it’s a terrible gas eater if not used.
