The home is a 1 minute walk to Lake Simcoe pebble beach. 5 minutes walk to a children's park. Air conditioned! Guest access Guests can access the entire property including front and back yard. Other things to note Located in Brechin Ontario in the township of Ramara. 1 hour away from Toronto and Durham. Our neighbourhood is known for its Ice fishing. With ice hut rentals and ski doo rentals nearby. In the summer it’s known for lake Simcoe’s beaches and waterskiing, boat rentals nearby. Mara provincial park which is 20 mins away.
