You'll have easy access to Lake Havasu and Sara Park, ensuring plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures. Our backyard is a true paradise, featuring your very own private waterpark complete with a thrilling slide and enchanting waterfalls. The cozy grotto seating area is the perfect spot to relax and create lasting memories with your loved ones. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we're delighted to welcome your furry friends. With a nominal fee of $100 per pet (maximum of two pets per stay), you can bring them along to enjoy the vacation with you. Our property offers two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living and dining rooms, two laundry rooms, and a total of five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll have all the space you need when traveling in groups, and the ability to completely lock off the units from one another adds an extra level of privacy. It's the perfect setup for various arrangements, catering to different needs and preferences. Let's explore the layout of the units: Right Side - 3 bedrooms / 3 full bathrooms: - Bedroom 1: A large king bedroom off the laundry room, featuring a full-size daybed and twin trundle bed. This room has a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large screen TV, and a sitting area. - Bedroom 2: A queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower and TV. - Bedroom 3: Another queen bedroom with a TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom right next to it, though not directly connected. The right side also offers a private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a laundry room. Left Side: - Bedroom 4: A king bedroom with a private full bath and TV. - Bedroom 5: A queen bedroom with a TV. The private bathroom is right outside the door. The left side also features a private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors leading to the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and a laundry room. Both units are included in your stay, ensuring maximum comfort and space for your group. Our five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with two full-size kitchens is the ultimate retreat for groups. In the backyard, you'll find a breathtaking pool with an amazing waterslide, grotto, and three waterfalls. We've also provided a covered dining area and a Weber grill for your convenience. **Please note that pool heating is available at an additional charge and limited to the fall and spring seasons. To ensure your desired pool temperature, kindly provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your arrival date. A three-day minimum stay is required. Guest access Entire home & yard area Other things to note This home is in a residential neighborhood. Good neighbor quiet hours are from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. Excessive noise outside after 10:00 pm could result in fines. The pool is not gated! Children must be supervised at all times. Owners are not responsible for injuries in the home or pool. Pet fee is $100 per pet, max 2. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pet outside. If left unkept the housekeepers will charge an additional fee which guests would be responsible for. If you would like an early check in or late check out the cost is $100 for a noon check and/or $100 for a 3:00 pm check out when available. Early check in & late check out requests require 48 hour notice & approval from management. Last minute early check in or late check out requests are not possible due to cleaning schedules. Pool heat is $75-100per day and requires 48 hour notice before check in to be heated for your arrival. Pool heat is only available in the fall & spring weather dependent. Check in/check out on major holidays will require additional cleaning fees from our cleaning service.
