Modern comforts include underfloor heating throughout the entire house and an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump with a cooling function for warm summer days. The property is perfectly equipped for large groups, featuring four well-furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms. After a day of exploring, guests can relax in the indoor whirlpool and sauna or enjoy a game on the PlayStation 2. The kitchen is a natural gathering point with its practical cooking island and direct access to both east- and west-facing terraces, allowing you to follow the sun all day long. A large loft (hems) provides a cozy extra space for children or relaxation. Large windows provide lovely views over the green surroundings and out to the water, where you can watch the ships pass by. The location is excellent, with a child-friendly beach just 300 meters away at Spodsbjerg Drej, a spot also renowned for its fantastic fishing opportunities.
