This is the spacious garden level area of our newly renovated house on Seymour, which features its own separate entrance, large kitchen, dining and living rooms. The bedroom has a queen bed, nice bath with a heated floor, and easy access to shared laundry room. The space has plenty of natural light, 52" Roku tv and new gas heat. There is a fenced back yard area and a small garage which may be available upon request. The space The garden level unit shares the laundry with the upstairs but it is much handier for this unit as it’s just on the other side of a locked door. Sorry, cats are not allowed. Dogs are allowed but cannot be left alone in the yard or in the house. Guests are expected to pick up after their dogs in the yard. Poop scoops and trash cans are located win both yard areas. Keeping the yard clear of poop is not part of the pet fee. We consider picking up after your dog to be a common courtesy for the health and safety of everyone. There are poop bags in the kitchen drawer for walks. Failure to comply will result in an extra charge. Guest access Short flight of steps down to the breezeway from street level. We have another Airbnb house just a block from Frontier Park and may be able to provide parking there during Frontier days, depending upon availability. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
