Welcome to my home sweet home on South Congress Ave! My private studio is the perfect place to chillout, hang by the pool, and have everything you need minutes away. Walking distance to anything in SoCo, 5 minute drive to downtown, trendy restaurants, bars, and shopping all around. Perfect for staycations, vacations, relocations, remote working, and academic projects. The space The open layout is perfect for 1 or 2 people, but can sleep up to 4. The bed is a comfortable memory foam mattress with high thread count sheets and quality linens. Pull out sofa bed is also memory foam queen size and very comfortable. Beautiful hardwood floors and trendy modern decor reflecting the vibe and unique energy of the city. Apple TV and reliable super fast G-Fiber internet. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Guests enter the apartment from a private hallway requiring a key fob so it's super safe and the neighbors are very nice. Always kept clean and tidy. I offer and recommend mid-booking cleanings for stays over here 30 days. Patio overlooks the pool and has a view of SoCo including the famous C-Boys Heart & Soul music venue, which you should definitely check out if you enjoy local funky music. Laundry room is right down the hall, gym is by the pool. BBQ smoker poolside! Guest access Includes free assigned garage parking, on-premises laundry, all utilities, a gym, pool, and BBQ smoker. Other things to note As of 5.24.21, the POOL & GYM ARE OPEN!! :D Covid Update: The apartment is being cleaned and sanitized in between bookings per CDC guidelines. I do my best to leave a 24+ hour gap between bookings, and have an air purifier in the living room.
