The Goldenesque Studio Suite

Welcome to the Goldenesque Studio Suite. This is a completely private, super comfy "mother-in law suite" within our home. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, ensuring you receive a welcoming, clean, safe and comfortable stay. The suite is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing home away from home experience. Whether you are traveling for work, pleasure or if you are a local in need of a staycation, our suite and hospitality aims to please. We are a quick 17 mins from the airport The space Quaint, cute and clean completely private mother-in-law suite suited for up to 2 guest only. No extra guests or vistors allowed without permission of host. extra guest violation will incur a $30 per person fee. Additionally, we require all bookings to accurately reflect the total number of guests in your party. If there are two guests in your party, we ask that you accurately book for two. We ask that guests do not move the furniture. When furniture is moved, it can cause damage to furniture, floors and walls. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by the moving of furniture. Guest access This suite is completely private with it's own private entrance. Guests will have the entire private guest suite to themselves. Guest do not come in contact with anyone within the larger portion of the home. Guests are welcome to use the backyard. Other things to note In order to ensure that we can have the place fully cleaned and sanitized for our next guest. We have a strict check out time of 12pm . Host will allow an additional 15 mins if needed. However, guest MUST request that extension with host before 12pm day of check out. Check outs that occur after 12pm who have not requested an extension will incurr a $1 per minute late fee. Guests who have requested the 15 minute extension must be checked out by 12:15pm. Guest with extensions who have not checked out by 12:15pm will begin incurring a $1 per minute late fee.
